Where is our data hosted?
AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Data never leaves Australia. Backups 14-day point-in-time. Aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Does the AI ever send anything autonomously?
Never to owners or tenants. Contractor dispatch happens only when a PM clicks Assign. Every owner digest is reviewed and sent by a human.
